Pet care experience
Personally I’ve owned dogs for over 30+ years and never met a dog I didn’t like! I’ve been around dogs of all sizes and shapes, all different temperaments, and all different breeds. Each has their own personality. The trick is getting to know your furry friend! I’ve worked in a veterinary office, so I’ve been around many animals and can handle the stress of dogs not in their happy place and with strangers. I’ve worked with everything from puppies to senior dogs. I love them all and treat them all like my own fur kids!

Safety is number one! I have 3 fur babies at home and totally understand these are not just dogs, they are four legged children. Two of mine are crate trained, so I’m comfortable if you crate or leave your fur kids lose. Going for walks should be fun for your baby, but also safe. So other pedestrians and animals will always be kept at a distance, for everyone’s safety. I also have leash banners for “No Petting”, “Shy”, or “Not Friendly” if you would like those used. Walks will also only be done in areas YOU feel are safe. This is your baby, you get final say in how and where you fur baby goes out. My goal is to make you happy and comfortable while I help get your kids some fresh air and exercise!

Please let me know if your fur baby has any special medical needs, medications, allergies and sounds/places triggers. For example one of my kids HATES thunderstorms and to get his feet wet. I know to take extra care while outside if any storms are near so the thunder doesn’t scare him too much.
A typical day
While caring for my fur kids we play all kinds of games from frisbee to catch with a ball. Another favorite is our small kiddie pool which we all, including me, enjoy running through and playing in! Don’t forget about bubble parties and sprinkler time ? we have lots of fun burning off energy, but also love our cuddle time and just going for a good walk!

Availability
I’m currently working part-time from home starting a pet accessory line, so I’ll have plenty of time to spend with your fur kid/kids. I can set my own schedule, so no problem with last minute changes in your needs. I’m flexible and easy going, just happy I can help out!
