Though Rover mainly pertains to dogs, I also care for both cats and other small animals so feel free to inquiry! I have 18 years of experience with dogs of all different breeds, genders, and sizes. Being a dog owner my whole life, I was able to gain the necessary experience to care for dogs outside of my own. I am very active and try to incorporate the outdoors as much as possible aside from their daily walks. In the colder weather, I love being a couch potato and cuddling with them all day! I have no problem administering medication (free of charge) or sticking to a strict diet. My overall goal is to provide a loving and caring environment for your pet and living up to your expectations! Please note that when I provide boarding, I DO NOT board other pet(s) at the same time to avoid any possible conflict. I also DO NOT crate dogs unless given the instructions to do so. I allow them to roam around my home and hang out on my couches and bed. Any toxic chemicals and garbage bins are locked up and kept out of reach! I always allow the pet owner to see my home prior to making an arrangement to determine if it meets their standards. I can provide the best care for your pet(s) as well as excellent references. I am always available on the weekends and can host or provide overnight care at your home. If you have any special requests or services that I have not stated in my profile, please contact me! I recently left my 6 month old puppies in the care of Christie for a weekend. She was very communicative in regards to Lexi’s well-being. Her house was very clean and I could really tell she cared for my puppy. I was worried leaving my baby only because she’s so young but she easily put my mind at ease. I will definitely use her services again!
Left my 15 year old dog with Christie while I went away for a week. Christie is a wonderful caregiver and very assertive. While I was away she provided me with an update on how Milo was doing each day. Her home is also clean and plenty of room for dogs to play. I highly recommend Christie’s professionalism and service! Christie’s fun-loving, outgoing personality was the perfect fit for my crazy pit bull. When I was going away on vacation, I knew I wanted someone who was reliable but fun to watch my affectionate dog, Tyson. Christie was just that. From the moment she met Tyson, I knew I could trust her to not only provide him with the basics like food and walks, but also those extra special treats. Christie wasn’t afraid of him. She immediately loved on him, and he instantly knew he had a new friend. I no longer had fear over going away and leaving Tyson because I knew he would be well taken care of. Christie was the perfect balance of reliability and fun for my big mush, Tyson.
