Pet care experience
I raised my great dane from a puppy and took a lot of care that he was properly trained and socialized. He’s a very good, lazy boy. I’ve also had a lot of experience taking care of friends and family’s dogs, as well as fostering. Most dogs I’ve cared for are at least medium sized, but since my dog is a giant I understand that they can be hard to find care for. I love big dogs so I’m happy to help with your giant love bugs! I love leash training and training in general! Happy to set up training appointments as I’ve had some success with friends’/family/my foster dogs in helping them with boundaries and manners.

Christi is the best dog mom! Her dog Lincoln is so well trained. Christi has done so much to help us with our dog, who has some reactivity. Christi has handled so many situations in our local dog park and with her foster dogs with grace and expertise. There is no one I trust more to watch my dog.
Christi is an absolutely wonderful dog caregiver both to her own dog and any other dog I’ve seen her walk, watch or foster. She is responsible, loving and gentle. When caring for someone else’s animal, she is communicative and very good at intuiting and providing to the dogs’ needs. I would (and do!) trust her with any and all of my animals and would have no worries at all leaving them in her care.

I’m happy to give meals, especially since my dog is not at all food aggressive, or baths/grooming care. Puppies are Linc’s favorites and we would love to help with training. My apartment has a dog park where there’s lots of friendly dogs that I know well, so we usually spend time there. It would be great for socialization, but we are on a nice quiet street where we can easily go on walks as well. If you’ve booked for drop-ins or walks I’m happy to help with training and meals/medication needs. I’m also happy to bring Lincoln along if you are interested in your dog socializing but of course am able to go alone and help your dog let off some steam!

A typical day
Me and my dog Lincoln will usually wander around our neighborhood for a sniffy walk or go to a close-by dog park where he has lots of friends! Your dog is welcome to join us on either, or I can take them for a walk solo and play with them in your home or yard! I just love hanging out with fur babies and adore playing games with them since mine is super lazy and not interested usually.

Availability
I’m a graduate student and have a flexible schedule several days a week. I do usually go into work during the week but usually not more than a few hours on my available days. I’m happy to drop around that schedule so that I can split up their day at home for drop-ins and walks, and if you’ve booked day care they will be hanging out with Lincoln (my great dane) who just sleeps and chills while I’m away.
