Hi, My name is Chris and in my current working situation (I work offshore) I am gone regularly from home enough where I can't have my own pets. This is a huge bummer and the least favorite aspect of my current job. Rover for me is less about the money (though that doesn't hurt of course), and more about spending time with your awesome pets! I love dogs and friendly (dog like?) cats. I have raised German Shepherds from pups through retirement so I am well versed in dogs of varying size and age needs. I know trusting your pet with a stranger is hard, but rest assured I would treat your dog or cat with the same love and devotion I would mine. I also can offer some basic obedience training while we go on walks or playing at the Dog Park. Or we can just go get some exercise! As I mentioned before I do travel a lot for work. Ideally I would like to get a good group of maybe 5-8 dogs/cats that I can get to know and they can get to know and be comfortable with me that I can take care of in the times that I am home. Dogs must be house trained and be able to be alone for 1-3hrs to allow for normal errands. I look forward to getting to know you and your pets!
