Hi! My husband Matt and I would love to take care of your pet :) We have a 4.5 year old yellow lab named Miller. He is the friendliest boy. He loves other dogs, snuggling, giving endless kisses and playing tug-a-war. He just lost his 12.5 year old chocolate lab brother, and he is missing having a friend around the house. We are hoping by having the occasional pal here to hang out with; that it will lift his spirits, and ours too. From Monday to Thursday, we both work away from home but are able to swing home at least once during the day to let our dog out for a potty break, and to give him some love and treats. In the evenings, we like to go for long walks in the neighbourhood or on the trails, play fetch in the backyard, and end the night with snuggles on the couch. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I am home all day long for all of the above. We encourage sleeping in bed with our pets (cuddles are good for all of us!) - but we also have a metal crate, or have enough room for dog beds on the floor in our room if that’s what your pet would rather. In our home, pets are family. They get spoiled and loved on every day! While your pet is in my care, you’ll receive updates and photos of their adventure packed day. Christena and Matt, were amazing sitters for my puppy! Their dog, Miller was so sweet and patient too. They kept me up to date, sent lots of pictures, and made pick/drop off so smooth.
I would trust Christena with my life, and I do because my dog Ted is my life. Christena is exceptionally nurturing and responsible, and Ted absolutely adores her. Her sweet lab Miller is also a very gentle and loving boy. Ted and Miller are the best of friends, and love to play and relax together, even with their size difference. There is no place on the planet that my dog gets more excited to visit then when I tell him we are going to see Christena and Miller.
As a first time dog owner I was so cautious to leave my puppy with anyone (especially the stay!). Christena has made my little guy feel the most comfortable and the most at home each and every time he has stayed with her. She followed any and all requests we had for him without question and sends us updates that always make us feel at ease while we are away! Christena and her husband have a love for dogs like no other, it is so special to see, and makes our guy's stay with them so enjoyable. They treat him just as he is one of their own- with so much love and kindness. If you are searching for care from someone that is reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and devoted to the job- Christena is your girl!
I have had Christena come check on my beloved Zeus (German Shepherd) many times and she always does an amazing job. She is a true dog lover and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her to watch/walk/ or whatever you need!! 10/10

We have a large fenced in yard with lots of shade from trees, and gardens for dogs to sniff around. Our house is neat and tidy, and we ensure nothing is left out for our pets to get in to. We offer fresh water in a large, clean stainless steel bowl, homemade treats & lots of toys for your pet to play with.

Availability
If your pup is able to stay home alone for a couple of hours during the day, we would welcome boarding with them any day of the week. If they are unable to stay home alone, we would be best able to care for your dog from Thursday evening to Sunday evening as we can be home all day and night with them :)
