A beach holiday for your furry friend!
Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs and have experience of bull breeds, german shepherds, collies as well as looking after family members smaller dogs. I have experience of caring for puppies as well as seniors with special needs. We currently have a small female german shepherd, Storm, who loves to play with other dogs and would love to meet your little friend and see if they will get on. We have chosen as a family to open up our home to dogs from Rover as both me and my partner work from home, although I am in and out throughout the day for my work as a community nurse. We love dogs and would have loved to get a second one so this is the next best thing! Your pooch will be treated as a special member of the family and our kids (aged 9 and 11) can't wait to shower them with love and attention!

Christen looked after our little dacshund 'Minnie' whilst we were away in late 2023 and there is no one else we would prefer to leave the smallest member of our family with. Christen was very flexible with our requests and had a passion for ensuring Minnie was comfortable and well cared for. She provided her with lots of exercise (but not too much for her tiny legs) and attention. It was so much nicer than leaving her in kennels. We will definitely be relying on her again when we next go away.

We have a fenced garden and a pooch of our own to keep yours company, as well as the dunes and fields on our doorstep. Our girl is crate trained so if she needs time out to chill this is easily facilitated. The dogs will not be left together unsupervised and I will have the support of my partner for walks if needed.

Our dog has a few allergies so let me know if your little friend has any dietary requirements or anything else we can do to meet their needs. Unfortunately we cannot facilitate your dog to sleep in our bedroom overnight. We kindly request that you have your dogs flea and worming up to date and will require a copy of up to date vaccination documents.
A typical day
A typical day with us is a morning and teatime walk on the beach or prom, playing with the ball on the grass or a trek out into the dunes. On a lunch and evening we have a walk around the estate to have a good sniff!

Both myself and my partner can work from home and live right on the beach so your dog will get plenty of walks and playtime with our girl.
