Pet care experience
I have always had dogs in my life from childhood to now and love to provide the care and love they deserve. I am an active person who would love to run, walk, or play with your pup. I currently care for my own two pets — a tripawd and a one-eyed dog. I take enrichment, reading cues/body language, and needs seriously with my dogs and would extend the same practice to yours like they're my own.

Christa is great with our dog, Rocky! He’s not trusting of new people but took to Christa right away. She’s prepared with her own supplies, on time, and communicates any schedule changes right away.
Christa is the most dedicated and caring pet owner I know. She is always cautious and alert when with my pets and takes all the precautions possible to make sure they have a fun and safe experience out. It's clear she loves animals and will listen to them and care for them like her own. 10/10, an excellent and loving caretaker for your furry companion.

When it comes to walks with my own dogs I take safety very seriously — harnesses, dog repellent spray for any loose dogs encountered, treats, etc. And booties, water, and shade-prioritized exposure in the summer. I am also a huge advocate for positive reinforcement. I have experience with reactive dogs and would be happy to work with dogs who may be triggered on walks.

A typical day
A typical walk will include: lots of movement led by your dogs’ preference, sniffing/exploration, training basics (name recognition, recall, etc.) and all our safety measures of course.

Availability
I'm currently available most days of the week to get your dog/s the run, walk, or enrichment they need. In the summer, we’ll meet as early as possible to protect from over-heating and sun exposure.
