Hi, I’m Christa! I’m a 33-year-old passionate animal caretaker with hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals, from dogs and cats to rabbits, ducks, chickens, and even horses. I grew up surrounded by pets and have always felt at home with animals of all shapes and sizes. I currently live on a spacious, half-acre fenced-in lot, giving your fur baby plenty of room to run, play, and enjoy the outdoors safely. I share my home with my two friendly lab mixes—Bear (13) and Goose (3 months)—as well as two sweet cats, Meera and Jojen. My dogs are well-socialized and get along great with other pups. I also have a degree in biology, where I took several animal-focused courses that deepened my understanding of animal behavior, health, and care. A typical day
I love keeping pets happy and engaged! Depending on their energy level and preferences, we might go for walks, play fetch, tug-of-war, or have zoomies in the yard. For pups who love water, I also have a dog-friendly splash pad and a pool for supervised swim time. For calmer pets, I’m always up for cuddle time, enrichment games, or just hanging out together. I tailor activities to each pet’s personality and needs to make sure they’re having fun and feeling loved.
