From Chihuahuas and Basenjis to Dogo Argentino's and Danes, I love dogs of all shapes and sizes! I grew up with Basenjis, a Newfoundland Chow mix, a Rhodesian/Lab mix, a few pitties, and a terrier mutt, and now have my own 35lb feral little beasts, Max & Piper. My husband and I just moved to Pittsburgh - I actually grew up in Pine and my family moved to Alabama after my senior year of high school. For my husband, this is just where the best PhD program for what he wanted to pursue was - he's lived in Alabama almost his whole life. Alabama was a great experience for me (besides meeting Dexter), I got my masters degree in applied math, started a great job that allows me to work from home, and adopted two absolutely wonderful hellions! I am enjoying working on our house in my spare time, but moving reminded me alot about difficulties my family faced when we moved to Alabama with two *very particular* old basenjis, and how stressful it can be to find someone who will be reliable, flexible, and give your dog the love, attention, and belly rubs that they so deserve! I've taken care of dogs who are on a strict schedule for getting pills and food, dogs who needed to be walked seperately because they get *alittle too excited* when they see another dog on a leash, and everything in between. From fearful pups to devil pups, not much will surprise me, and I love them all the same!! I've broken up fights, been thrown up on, and can definitely clean up any messes that may happen along the way.
