Hello! My name is Chrissy and I have been lucky to around dogs my whole life, of all different personalities and sizes. I grew up taking care of a beagle named Sophie and a dachshund named Coco. Now, I am lucky enough to visit and care for my parents dog, Mr. Hobbes, who is half newfoundland and half poodle (a newdle). I used to live with him and helped care for him during lockdown. This really expanded my knowledge on training dogs. Mr. Hobbes has some behavioral issues when it came to food and toy aggression. Because of this, I learned different strategies to help de-escalate aggression. I am excited to now be living in NYC and hoping to meet many more dogs here!
