Pet care experience
My husband and I are the go to dog sitters for all my friends and family. We truly understand and have learned what it takes to make your pup comfortable and feel loved when they are away from their humans. We only started doing rover last year, but we are very excited to have the privilege to love on your pets. Whatever caring your little one (or big ones) need we are here to accommodate. All ages, sizes, and personalities are welcome and we will care for them as our own. Our little pal Ozzy is the pride and joy of our life and we will care for your dog as we would care for him. We have had to overcome many obstacles with our own dog. Ozzy has had plenty of surgeries and has struggled with IBS all his life so we have had to make accommodations for him and we can handle anything. Also being a nurse I am very capable of giving your loved one any medicine or extra treatments they may need. We would love the opportunity to take care of and hang out with your little guy or gal!

I am so happy and grateful that Chrissie and Josh are now "my people!" Mootzie had a fabulous time in their care. He was excited when I picked him up after his two night stay, yet has seemed bummed a bit because I know he misses Ozzy! I highly recommend Chrissie and Josh to care for your fur baby. Their home is spotless, well appointed for pets, and just a great, happy place to be. Mootzie will be back as often as they will continue to invite him, let him sleep under the covers, gut squeaky toys in seven minutes or less, and even teach Ozzy naughty tricks like making his way onto the kitchen counter! Chrissie and Josh are the best!! We dropped Lady off for a multi day stay and less than 30 minutes after dropping her off we began receiving pictures/updates. We were constantly in the know with how Lady was doing and I’ve never seen her smile so big in the pictures. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone. Lady can’t wait to go back!

As a first time Rover user I was extremely anxious about leaving our girl with someone new. Chrissie and her husband put me right at ease. Mia was well loved and cared for during her stay. We received daily pics and updates, and when my kiddo was really homesick and missing Mia, Chrissie sent another handful of pics to cheer him up. I will absolutely be rebooking in the future!

We have a best friend of our own, Ozzy, that is 5 years old and full of energy so he loves having friends to keep him company. He also can be very calm and let your pet have peace if needed. We have a fenced in yard so your fur baby will have plenty of space to play and have potty breaks. We allow dogs on the furniture and to roam free in the house if that is what they are used to. We also have cared for dogs that are crate trained and we are able to accommodate if needed. We have a free for all toy basket for your pup and if they love to play, this is the place for them. We also love going on walks with all pups, and know it is helpful to get out your fur babies energy and keep them healthy. We have a great neighborhood to safely do so. If they love to sleep and relax… we do too, so we will make sure they are comfortable and have a comfy spot that makes them feel safe.

Please let us know your pets feeding schedule and how much they get per serving. It’s also helpful to communicate with us any triggers/ unusual behaviors your pet may have (we would rather know ahead of time, so we can best prepare for their stay). We also would like to know if they have any particular rules at home that we should abide to (for example if they aren’t allowed on furniture, or if they aren’t allowed to have table scraps). If your pup isn’t 100% potty trained or tends to have accidents/ marks their territory in new environments, please be transparent with us about it and know it will not stray us away. Lastly, if your guy or gal is prone to running off or attempting to escape please inform us so we can keep an extra eye on them when they are outside and on walks. Thanks in advance!

We also love going on walks with all pups, and know it is helpful to get out your fur babies energy and keep them healthy. We have a great neighborhood to safely do so. If they love to sleep and relax… we do too, so we will make sure they are comfortable and have a comfy spot that makes them feel safe.

I currently am a night nurse and I only work 3 days a week so I am available to care and love on your pet 4 days out of the week. My husband is currently working from home so he has a lot of availability and is at home 24/7.
