I am a very reasonable and fair person but for Chrishon’s conduct, she gets 0 stars. PLEASE READ. For starters, I communicated the plan needed for my puppy with Chrishon in person, through messages as well as the care plan profile. I knew that he was a puppy and this was his first time apart and that she would only be able to leave him alone about an hour a day, and for him to go out for a walk every 2-4hrs when she wasn’t working. She said she worked remotely and that it would be fine, SHE SAID she does daily check ins by phone or pictures and when I held her to that, she did none of it. Was gone 5 days and could not reach her to talk ONCE. She didn’t communicate at all during the trip. I had to initiate all contact with her while away in another time zone for a wedding. She only wanted planned phone calls - which is a red flag because if you’re there and truly caring for someone’s puppy, why do I need to plan a call? Then when I called, she never answered. She left my dog alone for hours on end, the dog I have now is no where near the dog I trusted her with. He was very fun and playful. No he jumps, he is very defensive, runs in the corner and hides, it’s clear that she was abusing and neglectful of my dog. I had to involve the police after the stay because she wouldn’t return my dog. She lied and said she was working on camera at home for 8 hours and couldn’t talk to me until then so I offered to just pick him up during her next walk, she didn’t have any plans for caring for him during her “work camera training”, really she wasn’t home and left my dog alone. In the midst of me working with her leasing office and police to get him back, she sets my dog and his belongings covered in dog feces/urine in the lobby of her apartment and walked off. left him unattended and was very nasty to me via text. Not to mention, she wasn’t home as she said she was, once I told her I had arrived and was waiting with her leasing manager for the police, she called her leasing office telling them “someone was trying to get/break into her apartment” a complete LIE bc she was caught - when I was sitting with the manager & we both were awaiting the police to escort us the entire time. She was rude and distasteful. I was willing to let bygones be bygones and just never book with her again until the way she called her leasing office accusing me of breaking into her apartment, ended my dogs stay and the manner in which she returned his things. She harassed me via text saying she can do what she wants, she doesn’t have to be with my dog 24/7 bc i’m not with him 24/7, “false police allegations are illegal” once I informed her that the police was involved so I of course showed her proof because I had no reason to lie to her, I just wanted my dog returned safely. She NEVER walked him. I sent him with an airtag collar, cage, toys, poop bags, a new 5lb bag of dog food, she never used any of it. The 5lb bag came back weighing at 4lbs for a 5-6 day stay. His airtag never moved, which means she never at all walked or took him out. JUSR ABSURD. She deactivated her profile but I am hopeful that Rover will investigate further. She didn’t care for my dog, abused and neglected him and should not be allowed on this platform.
