Reviews
My Husband and I are an older couple and we have a 5 year old-labradoodle named Dawn. We sometimes struggle to take her on longer walks and we've had Chris come out and give her some additional love and attention. I can absolutely attest that he has worn her out every single time he's taken her off on an adventure. Dawn loves Chris and waits at the door when she hears him come up because she knows that an adventure soon awaits. My husband and I adore the relationship Chris and Dawn have and he has always made it a point to make each interaction memorable. Chris has also brought his dog, Lokey along a few times and Dawn just loves to play with him. Chris will take them both out and they will both come back absolutely exhausted! Chris emailed us photos from one hike he took them on up south mountain and they both were so smiley. On a few occasions we've had our granddaughter come to visit and she is allergic to dogs so Dawn has boarded with Chris and his dog, Lokey and had such a good time she comes back and sleeps for days. She always is sad to leave but knows there's always another on the horizon. I think our pets are our best friends-but it makes my heart smile very time I see Dawn find joy on going out with Chris! He comes with treats and love and that's truly all she wants.
Chris is an exceptional care companion who has volunteered with our rescue for well over 10 years! He has successfully rehabilitated, socialized and cared for animals with an extensive history of abuse as a result of being rescued from puppy mills! His companionship, care for his own animals and commitment to tail wags are noticeably superior to other's we have worked with. His charismatic approach to each animal provides a sense of ease and safety and I believe this has helped in fostering a therapeutic approach. As a pet parent, I would absolutely entrust the care of my animal (not just dogs either- my fish as well) to Chris as he has proven to be not just a compassionate and caring person, but a well vested care taker in a variety of species. I would emphasize that Chris has watched my pups and saltwater fish successfully on several occasions and always reported back to me throughout the duration I was gone to keep me at ease. Chris has also been a saving grace on a few last minute requests for care where I had an unplanned family emergency to attend to and taken my lovely animals in on a list minute whim so I could attend to my responsibilities without question. I believe Chris is a phenomenal human and shows it with every interaction!

I ensure the fur friend is the forefront of my focus! We socialize, play, mentally stimulate and make goofy faces. In addition I’ll ensure food and water is in ample supply. If your furry friend is on any medication I’ll administer those in accordance with the instructions. Treats are always a welcome surprise- so there will be plenty of course. However, I realize the importance of maintaining a healthy treat-to-good boy/girl ratio and promise not to over do it and only reward positive behaviors.

I have a 3 year old husky named Lokey I parent on the daily! We have multiple adventures a week with at least 60 minutes of moderate-intense exercise! I’d love to help others with busy/hectic schedules keep their dogs happy and healthy! I’m happy to come socialize/play/walk or run with any pup who wants to have fun! I can accommodate one pup or multiple so if you’re a pet parent with a full-house please reach out! I’m experienced with larger breeds but I certainly don’t discriminate so any and all pups welcome:)
