Dog Walker/Sitter-Flexible Schedule
Pet care experience
I am an avid dog (and all animal) lover, but my job has kept me moving around the country over the last 12 years and I was not willing to force a canine to come along for the constant ride. I have an extensive history caring for dogs, and feel comfortable following the different care and diet rules that any owner has. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule that could easily work for last minute or scheduled dog sitting or walking opportunities. I currently reside on the Upper West Side but expect to be living in the West Village area by May 1st. I get along well with dogs, cats, and any other animals that want to be gotten along with.

I am from LA and out here we bring our dogs to the office. For whatever reason, that is frowned upon in the Big Apple. I was in a pinch and needed someone to walk my best friend, Walter. That is how I was introduced to Chris as a dog walker. He was great with Walter (@WalterChilds on Instagram). Not only did he take him out and pick up his poop, which is something I never do, he also played with him and sent updates and pictures along the way. I don’t just trust anyone with Walter, but I definitely trust Chris.
I really don’t know anyone who loves dogs as much as Chris. I no longer have a dog anymore but Chris was always his favorite sitter...He’s reliable and responsible and gladly watches my 2 little boys (humans) when we are in a pinch. We always know our most important things in life are safe with Chris :)

I would like to know as much as possible including dietary needs or restrictions, activity level, proclivity for barking, ability to get along with other dogs and animals, and disciplinary preferences. My main goal would be to get a sense of the dog's personality and how the owner would like to have them cared for.
A typical day
I am very flexible with my work schedule so I will always be able to just be in the apartment with the dog, but more interested in walking and getting exercise several times per day if possible. It depends on the individual dog and owner preferences, but love spending time at dog parks, walking along the West Side path, and would love to hep teach any behaviors or actions needed.
