Pet care experience
I grew up with animals so I understand pets are more than just animals. They are part of the family. I’m a dog nanny to my friend two Black Lab dogs when she goes out of town.

Chris is what Ceasar Milan would want for a dog walker...calm, steady and focused. Casey relaxed completely while we were talking...and picked up her calm energy.
Chris has been caring for my two rescue Labs for the last two years. She is caring and so responsible! We jokingly refer to her as our very own "Mary Puppins" because she shows unprecedented care and she is 'practically perfect' in every way! It is such a relief to know that she will be there, on the spot, when I can't be - holidays, business trips, and just plain long days away from the home. With Chris, I know that my pups will have the best care when I can't be there......and that's a weight off my mind!
Chris is a loving pet owner. She has extensive experience caring for dogs as well as horses. She is kind and considerate of their needs and enthusiastic in caring for them. The pets that are under her care receive loving attention. She is consistent and reliable. She will be a great asset to the Rover family.

I am not equipped to offer pet care in my home. I am, however, a big proponent of allowing dogs in a secure area for play time along with walks.

I liked to know their behavior when they see other dogs during the walk. I would like to know if they chase after squirrels and how they react to cats.
A typical day
Play fetch outside when appropriate. I like to do some brushing outside as well. It’s easier to do it outside instead of inside the house.

I’m currently retired and have plenty of time. I work in the mornings at a local horse farm. Feeding, cleaning the stalls for 5 horses.
