My present lifestyle keeps me from having my own dog, but I’ve had as many as three dogs at a time at other times during my adult life. In the meantime, I love spending time around my friends’ dogs, including doing walks and drop ins for them when they are away. Joining Rover will allow me to expand the contact I can have with pooches. I always say that dogs are the best people. Right now - and for the foreseeable future - I am openly available for walks and pet sitting. This will change when and if I return to a full-time work situation, but until that time I’m going to enjoy some furry friend time! I’m looking to help dog owners during their work days, so typically will make myself available between 7 am and 7 pm, but will be flexible outside those times as I develop client relationships. I’m keeping my availability radius fairly small in order to stay close to home and am primarily looking to service dogs in my neighborhood. I live in the North Park Blocks and often walk friends’ dogs there, as well as throughout the Pearl District neighborhoods. For longer walks, we’ll journey out to The Commons Park or head down to the waterfront or even to the Eastbank Esplanade if we’re really getting crazy! For your dog, our walk will depend on any information you provide about their normal routine as well as what the neighborhood has to offer.
