Pet care experience
I’ve had pets of all kinds of breeds growing up and into my adult life. I’ve cared for animals of all ages ranging from 5mo.- 3/4 yrs old. I currently work from home full time Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm. If I’m boarding a pet; I’ll be spending pretty much all day at home with them while I work. Otherwise, I would be available weekends and after 3:30pm to begin house sitting. I like to think I make the extra effort to make your pet feel as comfortable and loved as possible. I love spending 1:1 time with the animals I watch, to build a good connection with them. Also, I take special care to keep pets on their feeding schedule apply any training they have while I’m with them.

Chris is the best dogsitter we've ever had! We left our dog with Chris for the Christmas holidays and were very worried initially since it was our first time leaving our pup with someone for more than a day. Chris did an amazing job, and we couldn't be happier! Not only did he follow all of our very detailed instructions and provided our dog with the attention and exercise that she needs (and she needs A LOT of both), but he also remained very responsive, positive, and helpful throughout the whole time (even across different time zones!) We definitely recommend Chris if you need someone to take care of your dog the same way you do, or even better!
Chris was great! Our dogs loved him and he left great detailed notes for each visit that I enjoyed reading.
Chris was amazing with our nervous rescue, making him feel right at home with regular updates and communication. He gave Pablo all the love while we were gone and Pablo loved him. We couldn’t recommend Chris more!
Chris was a lifesaver over Thanksgiving! Our puppy was in good hands and I appreciated Chris being flexible with the timing. He was not only communicative, but friendly and has an overall happy disposition. Sometimes traveling can be stressful so it was nice to check in and read his cheerful messages. Our house was clean and I could tell he made an extra effort to tidy up (thank goodness!). I will absolutely use him again as he took great care of our pup and home.

I usually like to know how they interact with other animals; if you’d prefer I socialize them when out or keep a distance. I would like to know they’re feeding schedule and what you do/don’t allow them to eat. I like to keep dogs on their feeding schedule/ diet as best as possible. Also, I love practicing tricks and training with pets, so if there are any tricks or specific training you’d like me to implement I would love to know!
A typical day
I typically wake up at 6AM and will take pupper for a morning wee. Then I’ll usually make breakfast and a coffee and feed them while I eat so we eat together. I start work at 7 and play with them throughout the day while I have down time. I’ll take them out to the bathroom on each break; 3 times during my 8hr. work day. Then, depending on the weather and time we’ll go for a walk, play, go to the park/ beach, etc. I like to make sure they’re ready for bed when I am! Haha
