After 10 years of cooking in a hot kitchen, isolated from the general public, I’ve decided that my desire to work with people and animals outweighs my passion for food. I'm making the career switch to a more conventional setting but in the meantime am splitting my income between freelance-writing, door-dash, and caring for our closest little furry and scaley friends.
