Pet care experience
My wife and I owned and cared for a pit-mix from pup to 14 years. During that time, we fostered multiple pit bull rescues, nursing them back to health and preparing them for their forever home. Over the past few months, I’ve enjoyed watching my in-law's dog while they are on vacation and dog/cat sitting for my neighbor.

Our terrier rescue spent her first full week with Chris and his family and I couldn't be happier. She is an older dog who had surgery a couple months ago and still needs some tlc. She has been through a lot and it is hard on both of us when I leave her. But, I felt very comfortable with her in Chris' care. He provided regular updates and pics. She came back to me happy and healthy and ready for another visit in the future.

We are a family of four with two younger kids, so your pup will be getting a lot of attention. We have a fenced-in backyard for those quick potty breaks, and we live within walking distance of a greenway and Durant Nature Park.

Please let me know if your dog has trouble with incessant barking, would have any issues with two active kids in the house, or has issues holding their bladder throughout the night.
A typical day
I'm able to give your pets walks in the morning and a nice long walk through the park when the weather is nice in the early afternoons.

I work 100% from home, so your dog will have round-the-clock supervision on most days. I typically take a 40-minute walk each day, so your dog will be getting the exercise they need.
