Pet care experience
Ever since I was a kid, I have had an unwavering passion for helping animals. For example, whenever I would go to a party, I would lay down with the family dog or play with the resident cat. Many of my friends call me an animal whisperer because I naturally connect with dogs and cats. I am extremely patient with all animals and will attend to their needs. We recently said goodbye to an 11-year old Great Dane/Pyr who required a lot of special needs. I am able to care for young puppies and kittens up to senior cats and dogs.

Chris seemed genuinely interested in our cats at our meet and greet and showed a great level of conscientiousness through the Rover cards he sent. He interacted with our cats, petted them and played with them. He carried out a few extra requests and more. All we could ask for in a pet sitter!
Chris is the best of the best when it come to being a pet dad. He cares very deeply for not only his own pets, but all. Many times I have seen him stop his car to help an animal in need. He has a true and pure love for them.
Chris B is an animal advocate as evidenced by the numerous dogs and cats he has fostered and adopted. He has even transported dogs from kill shelters to shelters where dogs could be adopted and loved. He cares for animals as if they are is own. He has walked my dog. And my dog looks forward to his visits jumping up and down, tail wagging and tongue hanging out, excited to see him for a walk. Barb B

I make sure to follow the exact directions provided by the client, such as feeding instructions, walking instructions, and acclimating myself to the pet. I make sure to give the pet space and let them decide when they feel safe. For example, we recently adopted kittens and gave them 6 weeks of time before introducing them to our other pets.

Availability
I work a job from 8 - 4 pm but can check on pets in the morning and evening. I am also free during the weekends for longer walks or check-ins.
