My family and I have owned dogs ever since I was in 4th grade. However, aside from our family pets, my family and I also would occasionally foster puppies from a local rescue. Caring for 2-4 puppies at a time (aged between 4-6 weeks) was a challenging, yet rewarding responsibility that truly developed my abilities and confidence as an animal caregiver. The puppies required constant care, including feedings, bathings, administration of medicine, cleaning, etc. (and of course the occasional photoshoot for adoption websites) etc. Although I no longer have the time to foster, I am looking for dog walking opportunities in NoMa. Additionally, I have experience dog sitting for family friends while they were gone on vacation. On multiple occasions, the families had multiple dogs (and sometimes cats as well).
