I have 6+ years of professional experience working with and training dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds, as well as 15+ years owning my own dogs, cat, and exotic pets. I trained my Australian Shepherd professionally in both obedience and agility; and my chow to pass the PAT. Before I was 16, my dad would drop me off at local humane societies to volunteer and I continued to do so throughout high school and college. I have also volunteered at wildlife sanctuaries and farms. I have done many years of research on different dog breeds, handling, and puppy training (and I also have had plenty of other animals as pets and rehabilitated some wildlife myself, so I can board exotic animals as well). I one day hope to further my education in animal behavior and start my own dog training business or rehabilitation center.
