Dog and cat lover in Eugene!
Pet care experience
My sister and I begged for a dog for years until we finally got our boxer puppy, Emmett Brown, when we were 9 years old. We learned to train him, feed him well, walk him consistently, and love him unconditionally. Emmett crossed the rainbow bridge when I was 20, and I miss his goofy charm every day. During the pandemic, I started fostering cats for the local shelter and fell in love with the many personalities who came through my home. I have experience with energetic 4 month old kittens, lumbering old cats who just want some pets, and escape artist cats who will try anything to get outside and hunt the birds. Animals bring me so much joy, and I feel very passionately about keeping them healthy and giving them the love they deserve! I am very active and would be happy to run or walk your dog, or provide engaging play/cuddle time for your cat!
Reviews
Chloe stayed at my house with my greyhound Breeze for 5 nights while I was traveling. She's fabulous! She took Breeze on walks or to the dog park every day and cleaned her up after she rolled in a nasty mud puddle. The house was sparkling clean when I got home. I loved the daily photos, too.
Chloe took such great care of our 14-year-old dog and two cats over a long weekend! She was communicative, responsible and made us feel at ease. She left the house tidy upon return. Highly recommend!
Chloe was great, managing my 2 active, spoiled dogs like a pro! She took good care of them and my home for 5 days, left the house spotless and the dogs happy. I would definitely hire her again.
Chloe was amazing while dog-sitting our dog in our place. She took our dog on regular long walks while keeping us fully informed and sharing photos, we never had any concerns and she was flexible when our return flight got delayed by a few hours. She left the house spotless, if anything it was cleaner than the way we left it (we were quite impressed). You can't go wrong with Chloe, highly recommended. Thank you, Chloe!

Information Chloe M. would like to know about your pet
It’s helpful to know your dog’s comfort level with other dogs, other people, whether they’re prone to chasing cats or squirrels when they see them, and if they prefer short walks. Any information you can provide to make your dog comfortable and happy, just let me know!
A typical day
I’m very active and would be happy to run or walk your dog along the river. I’m happy to visit your favorite local dog parks or avoid heavily populated areas if you have a more sensitive dog!

Availability
I work remotely from my home near the University of Oregon, so have the flexibility to make home visits during the week, if you just let me know a day in advance. Mondays and Wednesdays are the most available for me, and I am happy to do visits anytime on the weekends. I can do early morning (6am onward) or late evening (up until 12am) pet care visits if needed! I am comfortable doing overnight stays as well. If you have any specific questions about my schedule, please feel free to ask!
