Pet care experience
I have previously been travelling around Australia for the past 14 months and was pet sitting at owners homes for long periods of time whilst the owners were away. I kept good care of their four legged friends and did any tasks that needing doing around their home. I also walked many dogs, big or small whilst away traveling. I also, walk family members, fiends and my own dog on a daily basis. Since returning to the UK I have been pet-sitting for family friends. I cared for young and old dogs, with helping younger dogs with their training and development as well as taking care of older dogs requiring medication and creams. I have also grown up around animals all my life and cared for family and friends pets, as well as having a dog of my own.

I have a fenced garden and another little dog at home and as long as your dog is friendly they will get on with little Barney just fine. When in other homes I will follow the requests of the owners and stick to their routine. Any special requests by owners will be carried out if appropriate and doable

It is important to know if dogs have any special requirements ahead of time. It is also important to know if the pet is reactive/ aggressive towards people or other animals/ pets. I am open to dealing with all breeds and have had experience with a variety of dogs from big to small.
A typical day
I would take your pets on a nice walk as needed. I also believe mental stimulation is as important as physical stimulation so would play lots of mind stimulating games. I would give lots of love and cuddles whilst they’re in my care.

Availability
I am currently working part time and work a maximum of 16 hours a week. This means I have plenty of free time to take care of your doggos! We can discuss further what dates suit you best for dog walking/ sitting so I am able to work my schedule around you and your pets.
