I am currently a junior at Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a major in Criminal Justice and minor in Equine Science. I have worked with dogs for a while now and I hope to train police K-9s and police horses once I complete my degree. I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and currently have a 3 year old Doberman who’s ridiculously spoiled and I have fostered through a local Animal Shelter in my hometown for about 4 years. I worked in a doggy daycare as well in my hometown and was able to gain more knowledge on the behaviors of various dog breeds, which I enjoy greatly.
