Pet care experience
Welcome to Churchfield Dogs aka two kiwi dog lovers (Chloe & Nathan). We both grew up in New Zealand surrounded by animals and grew up owning dogs. Recently we added a new family member Truffle (Golden retriever). Truffle is a confident puppy who loves humans and loves sharing us with other four legged companions. Having our own dog has meant we can add extra playtime and companionship for the dogs we look after. Check out Truffles page (trouble_with_truffle) to see what she is like and how she is with the dogs we sit. We live 5 minutes walk away from Acton Park and love to go to the parks locally like Gunnersbury Park. We own a car so we can take the dogs on adventures to further afield parks, a favourite of ours is Bushy Park. We keep in regular contact with dog owners from previous sits and arrange play dates for the dogs we sit either with past clients or our friends dog. They will more than likely always meet Teddy an energetic Yorkie unless they are not good with other dogs. Our phones are filled with photos or videos of our adventures with the dogs which we regularly share with the owners. Depending on the owner we also post on our own instagram page which we have recently started so owners can see updates without being bombarded by updates so check us out on Churchfield_dogs.

Chloe was amazing with Maisie. She sent me update photos throughout Maisie’s sleepover, and it was lovely to see Maisie and Truffles getting on and playing so well together. Would recommend Chloe and Nathan to anybody who needs someone to watch their dog, will 100% use again. Thank you!
Just wonderful. Chloe was a perfect sitter for Otis. We left him for 10 nights and when we collected him it was clear he was torn whether to come with us or stay in his new home! Otis had a ready made play date in Truffle and it was clear from the daily videos and photos that they were having a blast! Will definitely use again. Thanks so much Chloe ??
What an amazing pair to look after my Lottie! They gave us updates of photos and videos throughout the day- which made me smile as she looked so happy and at home. I will definitely be using Chloe again and would highly recommend for your furry friends!

We are fortunate to own and live in a two bedroom Duplex which allows the dogs to have more space within the home environment. The complex is secure and we also have a large outside area that is fully fenced off. We run the dogs from Huskies to Chihuahua's off in this area both in the morning, during the day and before bed time so they have regular toilet breaks. To ensure we are the right fit for the dog we always like to do meet ups before accepting a new dog for Boarding. In a meet and greets your dog gets to meet us and Truffle and see where they will be staying alongside understanding their needs and owner expectations.

We understand that each dog is different and has different needs. At the meet and greet we will discuss their routine, feeding times, toys, treats, walks and anything else that you think is important to know about your dog to ensure they have a great stay. During a meet and greet its so important for them to get to know us and build trust and familiarity.
A typical day
We love going to different parks and exploring London in the weekends with the dogs, we are also a social couple which means we are a team of 3 on weekends. We take the dogs to the pub, in summer months cricket and social gatherings which also means that we rarely leave the dog at home alone.

Both Nathan and I are full time working professionals, with Nathan being able to work from home fulltime or Chloe being able to select which days she works from an office. Therefore we are able to flex our jobs around the needs of each and every dog we sit.
