I've been dog sitting for about 10 years, ranging from puppies to very elderly dogs. I have always had dogs of my own and currently have a 7-year old Australian Shepherd. I love all dogs and have experience with various temperaments, ages, sizes, and breeds.

Chloe has been incredibly accommodating, flexible, gentle and patient. This was Bella’s first time away from home who is a sweet dog but is easily frightened. Chloe assuaged Bella’s fears—and my guilt for leaving Bella—by being incredibly patient and gentle with my baby. You could see how well Chloe treated Bella in the pictures we received of the many walks she gave Bella along with her sweet and fluffy Bentley. If that wasn’t enough, she was incredibly flexible as we had to extend our appointment. Thank you again Chloe!

I live in an apartment with a grassy courtyard where dogs often play. I also live up the street from a dog park. I live on the first floor of my apartment so it is very convenient and easy for me to take my dog in and out as needed. I have a playful 7-year-old, 50lb Australian Shepherd. He is very relaxed and calm at home but is very energetic and playful when taken outdoors.

I like to know a dog’s eating schedule, whether it gets possessive over people/food/toys, generally how it behaves and plays with other dogs, any relevant health history, energy levels, how often it is used to getting exercise and bathroom breaks, and frequency of barking/noise.
A typical day
Bentley and I love to go for long walks, go to different parks, play with dog puzzles, go shopping at all the dog-friendly stores in Georgetown, and play with all his dog toys. It’s even more fun for Bentley to have another furry friend to tag along!

Availability
I am currently working from home full-time and have a set routine of walks and playtime for my pup every day. I am available for dog boarding any days of the week, and I have a flexible schedule for drop-ins and walks as well (subject to some work meeting limitations).
