Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs for about 5 years now. I have extensive experience walking dogs—both older and very young. I also have spent a lot of time dog-sitting, staying in others’ homes for a night or a weekend in order to keep dogs safe and happy while owners are away. I have also been a cat-owner for over ten years.

I am not able to bring pets into my own home, but I am very attentive when I care for others’ pets in their homes. I make sure to be present as often as possible, keep the space clean, and ensure that all the pets’ needs are met.

A typical day
I’ll make sure the dogs get all the activity they need. We’ll go for long walks (or even runs!) and find great spots for fetch and other fun games. I’ll also make sure we squeeze in some solid rest and tummy scratch time.

Availability
I’m currently a graduate student at Simmons College. I have classes during the day two days a week, but I have lots free time between classes, in the mornings, and in the evenings to stop by for a pet walk or visit. I also am often available on the weekends for overnight sitting.
