Not putting this review up out of bitterness or anger but out of pure honesty. First off, we booked her to arrive at our home at 8am in the morning, she never showed up at 8 and was unresponsive on text message and phone calls until 930am, she finally replied saying she could still come watch our puppy. On her way to our home she asked if she could bring her roommate along with her so they could do homework together while puppy sitting, which was never discussed prior in any messages or during booking. We allowed the roommate to join her, but did not appreciate the last minute surprise on us. Chloe however did watch our puppy when she finally arrived 2 1/2 hours later. She was attentive and treated our puppy kindly. However, when my partner came home at the end of the day, he noticed a distinct smell in the apartment that resembled Marijuana and saw ashes in the bathroom sink and in our shower. Reminder this is a honest review not to degrade or insult in any manner, but to use the Rover review function appropriately. We appreciated her time and service but will definitely not be booking again with Chloe in the future.
