I thought she would be reliable because she initially was responding very quickly in setting up dog boarding a few nights before my trip. But she almost ruined my plans because at the time we agreed on to bring him over the night before my trip, she was initially responding to my calls and messages, and then suddenly stopped. She said "You can bring him over any time tonight," in a message, but didn't give me the address, and didn't pick up the phone after that. She still had not responded by the time I was leaving for my trip in the morning. Fortunately, my roommate's plans changed and he was able to watch him for the weekend so I was still able to go on my trip. But I couldn't figure out how to report this event, and now I have been charged for it!
