Pet care experience
My love of animals has taken me from being that one at a function that plays with your pets, feeding my neighbor's and vacationing friends' pets, to dog walking, then general cat and pet care. I've taken care of birds, lizards, and rabbits. I really love the different languages animals will communicate in. Every one of them, like us, have special ways of connecting, and I love to figure that out while taking care of them based on the connection and love they've received from their owners. I really love to discuss what makes them happy with my clients and will even receive updates now and again from old ones and friends. Making animals and their owner's happy has become my profession but also one of my real joys.

I highly recommend Chijioke for pet sitting. They are so reliable and caring!! I have booked them multiple times to pet sit for me while I've been out of town and they do a fantastic job every time! They cleaned the litter, fed and kept my cat company. Chijioke is a great communicator, they are thorough and easy to talk to! Plus they kept me updated throughout! A superstar pet sitter! Chijioke is one of the most caring and empathetic caregivers I have ever met. My cat easily fell in love and felt safe around them for cuddles and play times. They took extra care to make sure she and her litter space were clean. As well as training her on what are her dedicated spaces versus where she's not allowed like in the bathroom tub lol They have been super helpful in guiding me on how to be a better pet parent every time we meet. Very grateful to have them as my and my cat's best friend!

Nyah is basically a person and is very low maintenance, she primarily just wants and adores physical attention! Paired with a human that thinks that Nyah, like most animals are never asking for much, just a little love, makes it quite easy to nuzzle up with her in our apartment.

I love connecting with the pets I care for immediately. I want to learn all their quirks and while on walks or during the care feed them treats and give them all the love and understanding to feel safe and cared for.

I'm working on getting certified in UI design while transitioning from a completely different field in medicine but I still make myself available throughout the week for clients. I'm mobile and travel to cat cares, dog walks, med check-ins, and the like.
