Chi Ting (Cathy) and Nick were really welcoming to our 2 year old rescue Lumi who by my own admission is not an easy dog to look after. Lumi settled really well and they gave us regular updates and pics as we wanted to see how she was getting on. The flat is really nice and the building caters really well for dogs. I could tel they both loved dogs which put me and my partner at ease as who likes to leave their family with strangers! Would definitely recommend and use them again.
