Pet care experience
I have cared for various animals all my life and now work full-time caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I have three large and hyper dogs and am very comfortable being around dogs that have lots of extra energy and love to give. I have also gained a lot of experience caring for dogs with special needs in the last few years. One of my dogs is a senior with arthritis, one is blind, deaf, and has seizures, and the other is a rescue who has had to work through some triggers. I am comfortable and skilled at getting dogs to swallow pills, giving eye drops, responding to seizures, and more. Whatever your pet needs, I am happy to provide!

I have experience caring for dogs who have free range of the house, who stay in crates, and in-between. Whatever your dog needs (walks, fetch, belly rubs, medicine, etc) I am happy to provide. Whatever the situation, your fur baby will be treated with the utmost love and care and I will be sure to send you pictures and updates regularly to ease any worries. When house-sitting I stay overnight with your pet, do their morning routine, and spend some quality time with them before leaving for work or to run errands. After work/errands, I will drop-in on them again, let them go potty, and give them love and attention however they need it most and would return again in time to take care of their evening routine and spend more time with them before bedtime. I also offer an option for extended care (+$20/night) where I stay with your pet the majority of the day as well as spend the night. If you are interested in this option just let me know in a message and I can confirm if I have the availabiliy to do so on your requested dates.

Before working with a new dog, it is crucial for me to be aware of any allergies, medical information, emergency vet information, trauma/triggers, any other safety information. It is also important for me to know your dogs commands, play style, temperament, and favorite treats/rewards.
A typical day
Some of the activities I enjoy doing with dogs are walking, playing fetch, playing tug-of-war, snuggling, giving belly rubs, training, and brain puzzles. Of course, any and all activities will be based on your dogs preferences and needs. I also enjoy entertaining cats with their toys and enjoy the challenge of getting them interested and chasing the toys.

Availability
I am typically available on weekdays before 7 am and after 5 pm and all day on weekends. When I care for your pet, I will always be upfront about my availability and do everything I can to stick to your pet's schedule and routine.
