Pet care experience
I’ve had several dogs of quite literally all sizes since I was 12. From a 7 pound Pomeranian to a 73 pound Dane mix, your pet will be in good hands. I have no issues with the “odd” jobs! You pup needs a bath? I trained under an amazing groomer in KY to give the best baths using salon quality products. Your pup takes medications or supplements? Ida does too! No issues there
Reviews
Cheyenne watched my three dogs for me while I was out of town. I received two photos daily, and was kept updated throughout the entire process! One of my pups takes a seizure medication, and Cheyenne put my worries at ease when explaining her experience with it as her own pup takes the medication too. Will absolutely be re-booking with her again!

Both of my pups are amazing with other dogs, and are crate trained. They eat in their kennels to prevent issues between them (not that they have occurred), and to also prevent bloat in the Dane mix. I do plan to invest in a camera system soon as well, so I can always pop in to check on your pup if I am away. We do not have a yard, though my two go on three, 45-minute walks a day. This can be tailored to your pups needs as well. I do ask that if they’re 12 weeks or older that they be mostly kennel trained, as only my Dal is left out of her kennel on occasion. Puppies will be puppies!!

Information Cheyenne H. would like to know about your pet
Please don’t hesitate to let me know if your pup will need any accommodations! I’m more than happy to accommodate within reason. Ida takes five supplements and anti-seizure medication with her meals, so medications and supplements are not an issue. I am currently trying to learn to give medications that need injected, however cannot accommodate that at this time.
A typical day
A typical day normally begins with me getting home around 0630. I take my two girls for their first walk of the day, come home, and feed them. They settle in their kennels for roughly 30-45 minutes to prevent bloating (reduce the risk), and then we go outside. I normally either leave them out to play while I take my first two hour nap, or they return to their kennels with a Kong, Bully Stick, or frozen treat. After two hours I let them outside for potties. At 12 we begin our second walk. Afterwards, I lay back down after a brief play session and they join me. We nap for 2-3 hours before getting up, eating dinner, settling, and going on our final walks of the night. When I am at work, my husband takes them outside every 1-2 hours as needed, they are rarely left alone.

Availability
I currently work overnight shifts, however I am able to come home (I live roughly 5 minutes away) to let your pups out and to stretch their legs. My husband will be home also to let them out if I am unable. I keep my pups on a schedule, so I am more easily able to balance their needs and my work schedule (and need to sleep) however I can accommodate just about anything!
