Your pet's favorite sleepover buddy! A soon to be Veterinary Technician, looking to help pets outside of the clinic. I have experience giving both oral and injectable medication, nail trims and basic grooming. Before I began working closely in the veterinarian field, I dog walked for 5 years and took care of my own and gave him the best 17 years. I love all animals, I have been pet sitting and walking dogs for years. I believe that it is important to take each dog/cat's individual personality and preferences into account when caring for them. There is no one better than Cheyenne!!! Our pup Fozzie is a special needs pup who suffers from severe anxiety and reactivity. He wears a muzzle when out in public and has a very strict medicine schedule. Fozzies limitations mean that anyone new being introduced into his life has to take a lot of steps to ensure his ease and comfort and safety. It takes a special person with a lot of patience, care, awareness and understanding of dogs - and for that matter reactive dogs - to get Fozzie out of his shell, feeling safe and having fun. And I can say that Cheyenne has been able to achieve that hands down with flying colors. Not only does Fozzie feel safe around her, and not only do WE feel safe with Fozzie in Cheyennes care but Fozzie genuinely gets deeply excited when he sees her and gets to spend time with her. So here is my long winded way of saying Cheyenne is the best. She is trustworthy, communicative, compassionate, patient, and truly loves loves loves dogs and is able to connect with him. If you book her to care for your fur baby you won’t regret it and you’ll find

Information Cheyenne F. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your pet has any special behavioral needs such as: aggression towards strangers in their home or outdoors, socialization with other animals, is your pet a "street eater", dietary needs, or current health issues. I would also need to be aware of any bite history, food aggression, and proof of updated rabies vaccine to ensure both the safety of your pet and those around him/her.
A typical day
I enjoy finding the nearest park/dog park to make some new furry friends. Some one-on-one games. Sticking to your food schedule and providing as much outdoor socializing as possible. I can adjust to each personality, I am very patient with senior dogs and the ones that just like to people watch. Let me know me know what your dog likes so I can make sure he/she has a great time while you're away.

Availability
I currently work full time at a pet clinic as a Veterinary Assistant, therefore house sitting is the main service I provide. However I am available Monday's and Tuesday's for: dog walking and drop-in visit. I can also provide late night walks any day of the week. Fill free to message me with any questions!
