I’ve had pets my entire life and always had a love for animals. I understand what it takes to make pets feel comfortable and secure, even those that are anxious or fearful. You can trust that your furry friend will receive the highest level of care from me as your pet sitter.

I recently hired Cheyenne to visit my cat at my home for daily feedings and I'm very impressed. My cat doesn't like many people so I didn't expect her to come out when Cheyenne was there. My cat not only came out, but Cheyenne was able to brush her and take photos. Cheyenne provided daily updates and photos. And when I returned home, my cat was happy and obviously well taken care of. I highly recommend Cheyenne for an outstanding cat-sitting experience!
My dog Sam is really picky about people, that being said he was always real excited when Chey came over to walk him. The pictures she sent of him were always the cutest. When he came back from their lovely walk he was tuckered out and well excersized
Miss Cheyenne has taken care of our lab/mastiff mix, Dexter, on multiple occasions. Every time she has come to care for him he is very happy to see her. While feeding, watering, and walking him she also spent time with him, making sure he was well loved on during our absence. Cheyenne also sent multiple pictures/video of a very happy Dexter having a good time in her care. Upon return Dexter is happy, healthy, and has been well cared for.

I'm curious to know if pets, especially those who are shy and timid, have any special needs that I should be aware of. Additionally, I would love to know the best way to show them love and affection. Would it be through treats, belly scratches, or simply talking to them?
A typical day
As a pet sitter, my first priority would be to make sure that your pet feels right at home. I would give them lots of love, attention, and playtime to help them feel comfortable. I would also make sure that they always have access to fresh food and water, and that they get plenty of exercise and/or outdoor fun. I'll keep a close eye on their health and behavior, and let you know if anything is amiss. My main goal is to ensure that your furry friend has a safe, happy, and enjoyable time while you're away.

Availability
I am a teacher, so some daytime visits are available, but I always have afternoons and weekends off. I have 2 children who can join me on some visits if your pets like to interact with children.
