The Fur Aunt You’ve Always Wanted
Pet care experience
For starters, I fully understand the need for a respectful, dependable, and trustworthy sitter. To leave your precious fur babies in the hands of someone else can be frightening, but the process is much easier if you can rely on that person to take good care of them. That’s where I come in! I am very respectful, dependable, trustworthy, and above all, I am a huge animal lover. Also, I work for a local law enforcement agency so I understand the concept of trust, privacy and security of your home and pets. I, too, have my own babies: two cats, Simba and Kiara and two dogs, Sacha, a German Shepherd and a puppy from her litter who is now grown, Glacier, a German Shepherd and Labrador Retriever mix. While your loves are in my care, they will be treated like my own: very well loved with plenty of play time, cuddles, belly rubs, and treat treats. And though I do not have any experience with special need animals or animals with special circumstances, I am more than willing to listen and learn and adapt to the best of my ability to accommodate the requests and needs you and your fur baby has.
Reviews
I don’t even have WORDS to describe how awesome Cheyenne is! She took great care of our two cats while we were gone for two weeks. She sent tons of pictures and videos, and even brought toys over to play with them! One of my cats is not a fan of people but warmed up to her within a day. He could sense the good vibes. 😋 I will forever be booking Cheyenne for our pet sitting. Thanks, Cheyenne!!!!!
Cheyenne was great with my cats!! Will definitely use her again!
Cheyenne also goes above and beyond. I cannot recommend her enough!! She has watched my cat for three different trips while I was away and does a wonderful job each time.
Cheyenne was great! She wanted my cat for over a week and did a wonderful job communicating and taking care of him. Will definitely request her again and would recommend.

Time spent with them are filled with building a trust. I’m a new person to them, their mom/dad is away and they’ve not had any time to adjust to me being in the home so suddenly. It’s very important I approach then with a loving, caring voice so they know I’m a friend. Relationships with the animals are extremely important, no matter how long the booking is set for.
Information Cheyenne B. would like to know about your pet
No breed preferences, I love them all! Only thing I ask is please advise if they have any allergies, likes/dislikes, and normal behavioral issues, such as depression, storm anxiety, separation anxiety, etc. I do like to know who their vet is and where they are located in case of an emergency, especially if they are located outside of Oxford.
A typical day
I’ve not had the opportunity to do many walks yet, but the ones I’ve down have usually been in the early mornings after my 12 hour shifts. They lived in a quiet neighborhood and it gave me the opportunity to unwind with them and to stretch their legs after a nice, long night in bed and mine after work. We cruised around the neighborhood where they felt safe, where they normally walked with their human mom when she was home, so they felt comfortable and relaxed. Due to this being a busy college town, I don’t typically take dogs with me in the car anywhere unless I have to, in case of an accident. So I try to find activities at home or near their home that they love to do and that keep them in their normal routine when their parents are home.
