When we met and reviewed pet care information on feeding etc, Cheyenna was told we have 3 cameras, 2 at outside doors and one over the dog kennel area. Last pet sitter left Oscar in crate for 12 hrs at a time. and got inside camera after that to monitor him Length of stay booked-Friday/Sat night with Sunday evening return Friday txt with pic of Oscar and asking if she could bring her dogs over-I said yes She put the dogs into kennels She left the house at 6 pm and returned at 3am. Oscar -our dog was in the crate for 11 hrs. and her dogs in smaller crate. Drank alcohol and smoked in our house did not clean cat litter, nor change her water-has renal disease very important I am certain pets meds were given off schedule or possibly not at all broke our coffee table She and stranger left again Sat night-6 and did not return to our house did not lock the house up when leaving. doors and windows unlocked Ignored my texts and calls. My Husband returned late Sat night after seeing a stranger come into our home, at 3 am prev night and made the choice to cut visit short Sunday 9:40 finally returned txt saying she would be over to pick up her stuff at 1. did not show Extra expenses incurred; having to purchase a last-minute ticket on the Clipper. Loss of nonrefundable fee for prev. purchased ticket. replacing alcohol drank and coffee table and collapsible dog crate, loss of time with grandchildren. Would not recommend this sitter Blatant disrespect for our pets and home apologie or explanation of behavior not given. communication is a big issue No trust at all with this sitter WANT A REFUND

I now have my new petsitter, the furries loved her and so did we. They were loved and cared for. The plants were watered during the hot spell and the house was clean. Will be calling again.
