I have worked with dogs, cats from a very young age and I now use animal care as motivation in my studies. I am willing to work with nearly any pet, young or old. I am certified in animal CPR and a graduate from, a NAVTA approved, Animal Behavior College, Veterinary Assistant program. My specialities include comfort for elderly or disabled animals, injections, diabetic care, fluid therapy, grooming, and administration of oral medications. I am very interested in medical science and animal care making me an ideal care taker for any special needs dogs or cats. I have taken care of up to 5 elderly dogs ranging from medium to large at one time. At the end I am a friendly, passionate, and ready to brighten your day!

In the clients home I will ensure that all pets are watched at all times, to protect against accidents such as broken furniture, electrical outlets, poisonous substances, and fights. I will ensure that all kennel, crate, room, etc. are kept sanitary and well managed while in my care, this would include washing food and water bowls, blanket changes, medication and sharp disposal, etc.

Any preexisting conditions I should be aware of such as dietary restrictions, diabetes, deafness, anxiety, etc. I prefer to walk small to medium breeds but I will walk larger dogs in smaller or solo groups.
A typical day
Walks will be through nice grassy areas to sniff and explore. More active dogs are welcome to jog and run with me depending on how active they are.

Availability
I currently study at home and have a very open and flexible schedule making travel between homes less of an issue. I am also available for drop in visits if my schedule is open for the day requested.
