Pet care experience
I have been a dog owner off and on for most of my life. I have had Pekingese, Shih Tzu and I now have a Havanese. I treat my dogs like family members and I will treat yours the same. I realize finding a safe place to leave your fur baby is important. I have a fenced in backyard and roomy kennels for rest time and overnight stays. I will be happy to communicate with you through text or email while your fur baby is in my care. Because your baby will be in my home "Please only House Broken Doggies"!

Our dog gets a lot of lovin’ when she goes to stay with Cheryl. We feel comfortable leaving our baby when we are going out of town and know she’ll be well taken care of!
Cheryl is a lovely person and a fantastic doggie sitter. She made us feel very comfortable and confident that our two puppies would be well taken care of. She was very patient over the Fourth of July weekend when the puppies were anxious and couldn’t fall asleep, and she sent us lots of pictures of their play time. I would 100% use Cheryl again!
Cheryl is wonderful and was so loving with my dog! When my dog showed signs of seasonal allergies, Cheryl went and purchased Benadryl for her. It felt comforting to know that while I was away for a week, my dog was being loved and truly cared for. I will for sure be requesting Cheryl in the future!

I have a fenced backyard for outside play and a covered back porch for outside rest and relaxing.. For overnight stays I have roomy crates in a heated/cooled bedroom. Weather permitting, I will walk your fur baby 2-3 times per-day. Rest assured your baby will be well cared for while in my care. I have one small dog, a Havanese. She is a sweetheart, though a bit of a barker.

Is your dog accustomed to having food available at certain times or at all times? Do you allow your dog to have treats? If so, what types? Will you provide? Any medications while in my care? Is your dog completely housebroken? Does your dog need to have a potty break during the night?
A typical day
We will play in the fenced backyard off and all all day. My little Izzy and I play a modified game of soccer and we will be happy to include your fur baby. I live in a low traffic neighborhood for peaceful walks. We have a neighborhood park down the street for a change of pace. Other than short trips to the grocery or other short outings I will be at home to interact and give your fur baby attention and love.

I am retired so I will be home with your fur baby during his/her stay. My schedule is very flexible so plan your doggy's stay now. I am available for a day or a full vacation.
