I've cared for dogs,cats, and other pets for as long as I can remember. I am energetic and charismatic. I am respectful, responsible, and I give attention to detail. I have lots of patience. I look for creative ways to entertain pets and like to give gentle loving care. I am able to run with pets,clean up after them, even administer any medications. I am a veteran military law enforcement and have K9 care experience. I am also a mother and understand how valuable the ones we love are...even furry ones! I am very flexible and have plenty of open time to attend your pet(s). I homeschooling my 10 year old daughter and I am a real-estate photographer part time. I prefer to care for pets in their own home. I try to keep pets on requested schedule so that they are familiar and know what to expect. I do play time,run and walk time, clean up time, meal prep/feedings.I am able to administer any medications, brush and clean up pets, and of course accommodate any rest time including lots of petting, love, and reassurance.

Cheryl is a fantastic sitter who goes above and beyond to make sure you feel safe leaving your pets. We were vacationing at Sandestin and needed someone to watch our senior pups. One dog (16 y/o Jack Russell) needs to go out almost hourly and can have accidents. She carried him up and down the stairs and treated him like family. We were in desperate need of a vacation and haven’t been able to travel because of our special need/elderly pups, so her help made a HUGE difference in our lives, helping us relax and hang out with each other while knowing our pups were cared for. There are lots of folks to pick from, PICK CHERYL!

I encourage meet and greets so I can get to know how I can best care for each animal. Also important that I give the owner lots of room for suggestions and requests. Pet owner insight is invaluable!

I follow owners instructions as far as daily routine goes. I like to play with the pets I care for and give them lots of reassurance and affection. Daily outdoor time helps relieve anxiety and is great exercise for both me and pets!
