I have had pets for as long as I can remember. A true animal lover. No need to feel guilty for leaving your furry loved ones behind while you’re gone, they will be well cared for and loved while they are in my care. My guest are spoiled, walks, pets, undivided attention all provided here. Since I started dog sitting I have found great joy in providing a safe and loving home for your pets while you’re away. I currently only work as an independent contractor doing gig work on sites like Rover, I have a flexible schedule and will be able to provide your pet the time and attention they deserve while you are away! I have a fenced front and back yard and a dog proof and cat proof home to ensure the safety of any pets in my care. I do have two cats in my home but they have been exposed to dogs and there has been no issue. Both cats are neutered as well.

I left my chi-weenie Smalls with Cheryl and her family over Spring Break. I was a little worried because she had never stayed with a stranger before. Smalls had a great time! She was very well taken care of and we got updates and pics everyday. She was loved and cuddled up on just like one of their family dogs. She got lots of kid/dog time and got to bird watch. Cheryl and her family get 100 Stars and all the Thumbs Up! I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my Smallies!

Please let me know any commands your dog is familiar with and how well they walk on a leash. Also any rules you have at home such as no pets on bed/furniture to avoid introducing unwanted behaviors. I have a very strict no table food policy for all guest but have treats on hand always!
A typical day
A typical day starts with breakfast and then playing outside while I garden. If it’s not to hot we can go for a walk! Afternoons are for napping, in the couch, in bed, in front of a nice fan, they can choose. Evenings are full of playtime and a sunset walk! Then it’s back to dinner and more pets. Bedtime your pet can snuggle up with me or be provided the same sleeping area they have at home. There’s a big box of doggie toys and lots of treats!
