Unconditional Love ❤️ ❤️

Pet care experience

I am passionate about dogs, so much that I invented my own dog training button. I have been through intermediate dog training classes with my own pets, and I am highly familiar. I personally use the clicker method, but can do both. My goal is to become a professional trainer. I am a dog snuggler!! I Like them in my lap getting pets, and scratches. Attention is key! I have administered medication and know how to sneak it in . One of my own dogs is aging, and I will carry him around because that is what he likes :). I have dogs of my own, that are pretty adaptable once they get to know another dog. I groom my own dogs too, and have a grooming table and all the accessories. I don’t feel comfortable grooming other dogs yet, but I can do little potty tail, or paw trims, etc if I need to! I know each dog has their own personality, and can adapt to many. Lazy? Done... sit in my lap and get love. Excited? Done... let’s go outside and launch a few balls. I can administer minor first aid if needed. I give unconditional love to dogs as that is what they give to us. 😍

Cheryl has been keeping my dog at various times for the past five years. She loves and takes care of him like her own. He loves her, too, and is always excited to see her. She makes sure he is comfortable and secure and gives him lots of attention. I would recommend her to care for anyone’s pet.

Safety, trust & environment

I have a large back yard for playing, and little garden areas for sniffing around in. I lock my gate, so they are safe. I like to sit outside operate a ball launcher if your dog fetches like mine! I have an outdoor dog house, and a large covered patio with furniture that is okay for dogs to lay on. If I set up the obstacle course, I can have fun with them and get my exercise in too, while I run around with them. I also have a dog door to my home for overnight stays, ( and wood/tile floors) so a well trained dog can stay inside if he likes too... in the warm and cozy home at all times. I keep dog beds in my bedroom, so they feel secure at night, but I sit for one dog currently that insists on sleeping outside, in the cool night air, on the porch on my comfy outdoor couch. 😃 whatever makes him happy! I can do daily walks , or if your dog is a runner, I can take to the nearby college campus to run alongside me! One of mine is a running buddy and loves it. I have one adult child who is entering college who will be around some to give extra care if needed. I have two papillons. One is about 8 lbs, and one is 14 lbs, so I am used to smaller dogs. Ironically, the smallest one thinks he is a badass and barks at other dogs but... he soon gives up. Large dogs are fine too as long as they aren’t aggressive. I have 3 crates if I need to transport a dog for some reason ( to the running trail/park/etc). I give little doggie massages and set up essential oils next to my aging dogs bed, just to help his allergies. :). Eucalyptus helps!

Availability

I work full time, but get off by 3 pm most days of the week. The two days per week that I work long hours, I’m Available at lunch to go check on the dogs. I can even take s split lunch if it’s nearby and make two checks during the day, more at night or mornings if I come to your home. I’m pretty flexible, so just let me know what you need! I’d like to get some regular customers that my dogs will come to know and love. They get excited when I tell them my one regular client is coming over. I build it up... “Max is here!,” and they all go run to play outside.
