I’ve had animals since I was a little person growing up in Colorado with my mom and dad. I remember the first dog we had was named Mac. We had many more dogs after that, but we also had outdoor cats and horses. I have also taken care of bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, reptiles and birds. I am a true animal lover, and will take care of your pet as if it was my own. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend!

I can take care of your pet in your home or in mine. At my home I have one level living so if you have a senior pet, there are no stairs. I also have a large backyard where they can run around and play with my two dogs. I have a Bernese Mountain dog and a Bernadoodle.

I had never used Rover before and I’m so glad I did. I was a nervous wreck worrying about my upcoming vacation. Cheryl responded to my request and came over for a visit. My dogs immediately liked her and she made me feel comfortable with her warm personality, confidence, and experience. She took great care of my pets and sent photos. She was dedicated and kind. I appreciate Cheryl so much and would recommend her strongly to anyone — especially those nervous and worried pet parents like me. Thank you, Cheryl!
Cheryl is very comfortable with dogs and house-sitting and life in general, and she sat for us on short notice which enabled us to spend a week with our grandkids. We got lots of pictures and reports and Rio was happy and well-cared for. Thanks to Cheryl and we would highly recommend her.

Cheryl E told a stranger where I had hidden my key for Cheryl, and allowed this stranger to stay at my house with my dogs!! She didn't do the job, she gave it to someone else and never told me, in fact lied about it when confronted. I have the proof on my security camera video. No one should ever use her, and Rover should remove her from its platform. I did get my money back from Rover, but apparently Rover isn't going to remove her, so be very wary of Rover also. I'll never use Rover again given how it dealt with this nightmare. Can you imagine being on vacation and seeing on Ring a complete stranger going into your house? With your house key?! Outrageous behavior on Cheryl's part. Not to be trusted.
Cheryl was great! My dogs seemed to be doing well when I got home. She was good at communicating. Very grateful!

Schedule
I moved to New Mexico in March and have been housesitting and dog sitting since that time. I did take a full-time job so I am away from the home during the day, but I can come home to your babies in the evening and stay overnight. I am also available to walk your dogs in the evening if that’s something you would like. I also have a 35-year-old daughter who’s living with me who helps me out so she can generally be at your home while I’m working. We are more than happy to come out and meet you and take care of your pets.
