Hi, I’ve had pets my entire life, dogs and cats. Animals love me and they can tell that I’m kind. I have two cats now and would love to have a dog but my frequent travel doesn’t allow that. I’m looking for a fun job helping people and animals out. I’m intuitive and empathetic. I love to spend time around animals. I’m very energetic and love to exercise so feel walking dogs would be another fun way to exercise beside the ymca. I also love people and think walking dogs would bring a fun social interaction to my life. I’m very time conscious and a bit of a perfectionist. I wish that I could rescue all of the dogs in places like humane societies.

Cheryl is a true animal person and took loving care of my dog Maggie and cat Kansas. They were both calm and happy on my return, which is the surest sign of a great caregiver. Cheryl is responsive and communicative. I felt in touch and great the entire weekend we were away. I highly recommend her. 5-stars for sure.

With kitties, I know which kinds of toys and things they enjoy playing with. In the clients home it’s great if they have small toys to throw or the stick with the yard thing. Cats often like crumpled paper too as a throw toy. In my experience, dogs love to go on a walk and explore. I actually do too so this works well.

I definitely prefer to walk the smaller dogs, ones that aren’t going to pull me to the ground when we see another pup walking. As for cat at home care. I know how important it is to know your kitties are in good hands, feed, watered, and not lonely so you can have peace of mind when you travel.
A typical day
Fun activity for a dog, go on a long walk. Waltham has plenty of places for that. Make sure your pups have plenty of food and water overnight. Also make sure your pup gets exercise. It can be hard to walk a dog when you yourself are working all day.
