I have a thorough checklist and survey that I ask clients before sitting or walking their dog. Each dog is behavior tested as well, just so I know what I'm dealing with. Some pups need a little tutoring on basic behavior. That's where I come in. I do offer basic training, and even if you don't hire me formally as a trainer, your dog will learn proper manners while on our walkies. Breed preferences? Yes. All breeds. While I've been raised with herding breeds—Shelties and rough collies in particular—and understand their particular nuances, I've worked with just about every breed from tiny teacups to gentle giants to wild Weimaraners. And I love them all!

Walkies are typically in your neighborhood, where your doggie can sniff the latest pee-mail throughout its territory. But some dogs are open for adventure. Fieldtrips for more active dogs include trails in the area. Don't worry, though. Your pup will always be on leash under my control....and none of those retractable leashes either.
