Cherine was great with my dog. She met well in advance of the booking to ensure that she learned about her habits and commands and to ensure my dog got along well with hers. Everything went well during the booking and she sent pictures regularly. I’ll definitely book with her again!

Pet parents, consider this as a warning!!! Oh boy! Where do I start?? If I can rate her zero I would! Cherine is not to be trusted with any pet. We have been with rover for a while and have booked multiple times without having any problems. This is the first time we encounter such neglect that resulted to my pet's injury. YES! INJURY! With no apologies and she even had the audacity to blame it on my dog. Again, this is not my dog's first time with a sitter. Her usual sitter unfortunately was on vacation we ended up having to book with someone else. We were so excited because she also has a husky and she gave us guarantee that she would know how to deal with separation anxiety and escape artist, she experienced it firsthand with her dog according to her. When she mentioned during a meet and greet that dogs are not allowed in her bedroom upstairs and dogs are to be kept in her dog gated living room it has been a concern to us and we reiterated our dog's inability to be left alone for a long period of time. She assured us that she or a friend, or someone will always be with our dog even on a quick errand that she has to leave. THIS WAS A BIG LIE!!! Apparently, my dog was left all night by herself in the living room and ended up chewing her gate and broke her tooth in the process. What do you expect??? A dog with separation anxiety, with a new sitter, in an unfamiliar place!! This is scary enough for her. But leaving her alone??? Imagine getting off the plane for your birthday vacation and getting a phone call about the incident and being told my dog was left in the vet while they find a replacement sitter. It was traumatizing!!!! Not only to me, especially for my dog! It triggered my anxiety tbh. Long story short, my dog was injured, left bleeding until she found out in the morning, and we were left with over $2000 worth of vet bills. The only good thing she did was she cancelled and Rover was fortunate to find another sitter to take over and poured our dog with so much love and attention. Cherine, we did not get a single apology from you which could have changed everything. You instead twist your words around to destroy my dog's reputation. You have been neglecting of your duty. With or without separation anxiety, owners pay you and entrust you to watch for their beloved pets and not leave them alone, at least not on their first night until you understood their behavior. As owners should have been forthcoming of our pets's behavior (exactly the reason why we did a meet and greet and discussed care instructions), so are you who accepted their care! PS. In case you based her experience by having many pets of 3... her profile is a lie!! She only has 1 dog. So caring for multiple pets other than her own is questionable.
