Chere is an amazing person with very positive energy. She very obviously has a ton of animal experience and was able to anticipate various needs my dog would have. At the beginning of my trip I realized that I booked the her stay shorter than needed. As soon as I let her know what happened she Chere agreed to extend the stay on very short notice. She sent tons of pictures throughout each day without me having to check in first. What was great is that Chere stayed with my pets the entire stay. Unlike some sitters who ask about coming and going, Chere immediately said she would stay with them the whole time before I could even bring it up. My dog is 9 years old and has very bad separation anxiety. On the first day I am gone he tends to alternate between clingy with his sitter and acting up. Chere handled his mood swings very well and with understanding. My dog also has a few personality quirks which did not seem to bother or surprise her, the mark of someone who truly knows dogs. With each set of pictures she sent she also gave me updates about what they had done since the last time we spoke. She would describe various things my dog and cat would do that let me know beyond a shadow of a doubt she was paying them very close attention. When I got home my dog was very excited to see me, but was also still interested in Chere. When she began packing up he became concerned and did not want her to go. He very obviously had a great time with her. I was extremely happy with the care Chere provided my pets. I will definitely be using her services again.

Chere did a GREAT job with my babies, yet again! Booking another two weekend stays with her, trust her implicitly with my babies and my home!
