I recently lost my best friend a black mini poodle and miss him. Until I am ready for a new best friend I do short term fostering for a rescue in the area. For Rover I enjoy short term boarding. Last year I retired still active and do horseback riding several times during the week . In the evenings tend to be home most of the time. Thought it would be perfect to share my time with a pet. Overnight stays are good and sometimes Friday to Sunday morning also. Your dog will get several walks, play time inside maybe outside depends on needs and I will be with them all the time on one day overnight. On weekend overnights time away would be limited. Senior dogs are welcome my poodle was 16yrs 2months when he passed.
