Looking for a professional, qualified, organized, responsive and highly experienced pet sitter? Look no further! 👋 As you can see from my reviews and testimonials, I go above and beyond in delivering the best care for your doggo or kitty, which is always MY number 1 priority. ✔ I have been a responsible, mature and caring pet owner for over 25 years, caring for dogs and cats, large and small. Taking care of animals is my full-time job, not a side gig, so I understand the need to consistently deliver the best care for your animals if you choose to work with me. 🙌 In addition to caring for my friend's animals while they are away, I also volunteered for a number of service dog organizations and shelters, to help me keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of animal care. 📜 I am experienced in administering medications for dogs and cats. 💊 I am also comfortable washing down and grooming any mucky pups should they have too much fun outside! 🚿 I currently have a young Maremma poodle mix (Yeti) and a rescue Kitty (Luna) who are the best of friends. We can even arrange playdates if your dog loves to socialize with other dogs! 🐾 My spouse takes care of my fur babies while I work with other animals (if they need to be alone), and occasionally tags along to offer belly rubs and cuddles for the animals. I am excited to meet your fur babies, so please let me know how I can help care for them!

Chenxi looked after our large Bernedoodle puppy in our home for a week and it couldn’t have gone better. She was so patient with Pepper in the beginning when she was shy and Pepper warmed up quickly. They went on so many walks and I got so many updates. I felt so comfortable with Chenxi in my home. She was so clean and left everything just as it it had been when she arrived. Highly recommend!!
Chenxi went above and beyond taking care of my dog and cat. When my cat all of a sudden became I’ll, Chenxi took him to the vet and learned how do administer insulin to him. I couldn’t be more happy to have chosen Chenxi to look after my pets. She’s super kind and caring person and I would recommend her to everyone in a heartbeat. Thank you Chenxi! ?❤️
This was the second time Chenxi has watched Legend and our cat Lou and she treats them as if they were very own. She consistently updates us on how the animals are doing sending lots of videos and pictures of their activities throughout the time she watched them. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to watch their pets.
Chenxi was so sweet to Alma and kept sending the cutest pictures of them bonding. I can tell Alma will miss her!

I love to take dogs to parks and leash-optional hiking trails so they can play and explore freely. Your fur baby will only ever walk with my own dog (unless they need to walk and play alone) and be carefully supervised at all times. I follow up with you regularly with texts and pictures for peace of mind and am happy to adhere to any special requirements or preferences your animal might have. For dog walks, if you live in old Toronto, I charge 24 for 30 min, and 35 for 60 min. For doggy daycare, due to my cat in the house, I cannot accommodate doggos in my home. Alternatively, I can provide walks mixed with doggo park for up to during the day (in your place, not overnight), to make sure that your doggo is cared for during the work day/shift. Because Yeti would be around for the doggo daycare, I would like to meet in advance to ensure the dogs get along. For cats, I offer games, toys and cuddles and will take time to get to know your cat, so that they can be themselves at home and receive the love and attention they deserve. For housesitting, I can also bring my own gentle pup (Yeti) for a sleepover, upon request, so your doggo has a buddy to keep them company while you are away. For extended housesitting, Yeti will tag along :)

For the upcoming holiday season, I am open for house-sitting if the cat/dog/spouse could all come along. :)
A typical day
I love taking my pups to the beach and dog parks. My personal favourites in Toronto are Sherwood and High Park. Since I have a gentle sheepdog, you can let me know if you would like to involve Yeti in your dog's day with us. Play dates are always welcome and are a great way for pups to let out their energy.

Availability
Having worked in healthcare for many years previously, I understand the nature of shift work and how therapeutic animals are to shift workers. I love to support people who might need a little help with fitting an animal into their life. This support might be in the form of doing house visits outside regular business hours to make sure your fur babies are looked after, feel safe, and receive the love they need. If we work together, my day will work around your fur babies needs. Your animal becomes a member of my family, so in trusting me to care for your doggo or kitty, they get the 1-1 care and attention they need.
